BWEA has introduced indigenous Bulgarian wine varieties to a wide Japanese audience. During the successful FOODEX 2021 edition professionals, importers, sommeliers, journalists, wine connoisseurs were able to taste the unique Thracian wines. The exhibition expanded the popularity of Bulgarian wine and gathered new fans of the captivating drink.
Kenichi Ohashi MW welcomes Bulgarian wine
Kenichi Ohashi MW presented Bulgarian wines to key players in the Japanese market. In the online meeting on the 26th March the Master of Wine mediated the meeting between Bulgarian wine producers and Japanese importers, wine producers, journalists, sommeliers and professionals in the field. What’s more, wine lovers and professionals will have the unique chance to taste and enjoy the indigenous wines during the on-site tasting on the 26th April in the Caplan University.
